We plan and produce intimate events that feel handmade and considered — from the place card to the final toast. Two materials, one idea: the warmth of paper, the rarity of a pearl.
Our belief
A good event isn't a checklist that's been executed. It's a few hours where people feel genuinely seen — and leave a little more connected than they arrived.
Every detail is chosen for the specific people and occasion in front of us — never pulled from a template or a default package.
Printed menus, written names, a keepsake to take home. The small physical things are what people remember and hold onto.
We build around this city's makers, spaces, and spirit — connecting people who might never otherwise share a table.
What we do
From intimate celebrations of twenty to forty guests, to fully produced experiences for brands and individuals. You bring the occasion — we design the whole of it.

The Paper and Pearl Collective
Once a month, we bring together a small, deliberately mixed table of Austinites — different industries, different backgrounds, a shared way of moving through the world. Inclusive in spirit, thoughtfully curated through an application rather than first-come, first-served.
How it works
Share your interests, work, hobbies, favorite Austin spots, and what you're hoping to take away. It takes a few minutes.
Each month is designed around the people in it. We select roughly fifteen guests whose mix promises a good night.
You add a payment method when you apply, but your card is only charged if you're chosen for that month's gathering.
